We first met Melissa when we were searching for a condo in September 2014. She found us exactly what we wanted, negotiated many additional upgrades on our behalf and expertly maneuvered through the paperwork. Melissa even had the mortgage company rep come to us! The whole process up to and including closing was seamless. It should be noted that we were kept informed each step of the process, so we were always up to date on the status of our purchase.
Our second experience with Melissa occurred about a year later (November 2015) when we were interested in finding a one story ranch home. Once again, Melissa found exactly what we were looking for in a perfect area.
